If you've ever seen a Disney movie, you know exactly what I mean. The characters, plots, and animation is way better than any other type of movie. Plus, they are movies that everyone can enjoy. You may have met someone who hates horror movies. One of your friends could hate "chick-flicks." Maybe you think action movies suck. But it is very unlikely to meet someone who dislikes funny, upbeat, positive, cute movies. A.K.A.: Disney movies.
Let's name a few examples. The Lion King and Toy Story are classics. All of us grew up loving these movies. Who wouldn't want to be BFFs with Simba, Timon, and Pumba? Hakuna Matata. And if your heart didn't break when Mufasa died, then there's obviously something wrong with you. The same goes for Toy Story. How can you not like a movie with talking toys? At some point in his or her life, every little kid wanted his toys to become alive. Andy was the luckiest boy in the world. His dinosaur, piggy bank, Mr. Potato Head, Woody, and Buzz were the best toys a kid could ask for. And of course, both of these classic animated films had sequels that were just as good, if not better, than the originals.
The newer Disney movies may not be as well known, but they are just as fantastic. Up, Cars, Wall-E and many more are among my favorite movies. The relationship between Russel the wilderness explorer and Mr. Frederickson is heartwarming, Lightning McQueen is a badass mofo, and even though Wall-E doesn't talk, you still love him. And who could forget Finding Nemo?! It's quite possibly the best movie of all time. I don't care who you are, you know you love this movie whether you want to admit it or not. Same goes for Monsters Inc. Mike Wasowski and James P. Sullivan (otherwise known as Sully) show kids that monsters are nothing to be scared of. When Disney and Pixar make a movie together, you know it's gonna be good no matter what.
Kimmywimmy and Disney-Pixar know what's up.
The Lion King is the greatest movie...as are all disney movies.
